TorqCade is currently a hobby and testing project developed by a private individual. At this stage, the project is not operated as a registered business, online store or commercial service. The purpose of the project is to test a solution that allows users to remotely control real RC vehicles and to make it available to interested users for testing, feedback and community development.

In Local Drive mode, part of the communication may take place locally within the users’ LAN network. In such cases, some data may not be sent to TorqCade servers at all, unless the user also uses login, updates, app downloads, licenses, account functions or other online features.
TorqCade may allow video from an RC vehicle camera or track camera to be transmitted to the person controlling the vehicle. The default purpose of such transmission is real-time video needed to control the vehicle.
At the current stage, TorqCade is not intended to record private conversations, bystanders or private spaces. The host should position the camera in a way that respects the privacy of other people and does not unnecessarily capture private areas, bystanders or personal data visible in the surroundings.
If recording, replay publishing or video storage features are added in the future, this Privacy Policy should be updated before such features are launched.
